New DVD: Sergio

We recently added Sergio to the DBRL collection. The film played at the 2009 True False Film Fest and has received a few awards and nominations. Here’s a synopsis from our catalog:
Charismatic, charming, and complex, Sergio Vieira de Mello was the United Nations’ go-to-guy, a man who could descend into the most dangerous places, charm the worst war criminals, and somehow protect the lives of the ordinary people to whom he devoted his life. Yet his virtues could not save him when he was killed by a terrorist bomb in Baghdad in August, 2003.
