The True False Film Fest has announced the third annual Boone Dawdle for Saturday, August 18, 2012. The Dawdle involves a bike ride from Columbia to Rocheport with some music, food, and a documentary thrown in along the way.

The film for this year’s event is The Source, a feature documentary film set in Hollywood, examining a radical experiment in ’70s utopian living. Jodi Wille & Isis Aquarian will be in attendance for an afterwards Q&A.

We have the 2010 Boone Dawdle film, Best Worst Movie, available for checkout and you can put a hold on the 2011 Boone Dawdle film, Last Days Here, that will be released on July 31st, 2012.

The film for this year’s event is Last Days Here, a documentary about Bobby Liebling, singer and songwriter for the band Pentagram. Bobby’s manager Sean “Pellet” Pelletier will be in attendance for an afterwards Q&A. Check out a promo clip from the film.

Last Days Here is directed by Don Argott and Demian Fenton who have also directed Rock School and The Art of the Steal, both of which are available in the DBRL collection. We also still have the movie from last year’s Boone Dawdle, Best Worst Movie, available for checkout.
